📸 International Photography Contest: LensCulture Photobook Prize 2026

Do you have a compelling photography project that deserves to become a real photobook?

LensCulture has announced the first Photobook Prize—an international competition for photographers, with the grand prize being a professionally published and distributed photobook available worldwide.

🇱🇻 Photographers from Latvia are also welcome to enter!

🏆 GRAND PRIZE

The winning project will be turned into a professionally published photobook in collaboration with one of the world’s most renowned photobook publishers—Nazraeli Press.

The winner will receive:

📖 fully funded book design and publication
🌍 international distribution
📚 a print run of at least 500 copies
🎁 50 free author’s copies
🖼 an exhibition of their work in Los Angeles
📣 a featured publication on LensCulture

The next 5 best photographers will each receive:

💵 a $500 grant
📰 an individual feature on LensCulture
🎥 a personal consultation with the founders of LensCulture
🖼 participation in an exhibition in Los Angeles

Additionally, 10 more finalists will be selected for international exposure.

📷 What do you need to submit?

• 20–30 photographs
• a project description
• a short biography of the artist

A photobook mockup is not required. You may submit a photography project of any genre and from any time period.

💰 Entry fee: $45 until July 29, $60 thereafter
🌍 This is an international competition—participants from Latvia are also welcome.
